Nadine has over 20 years’ industry experience gained across corporate insurance broking and inhouse risk and insurance management. She is the Group Risk and Insurance Manager for Lendlease, responsible for ensuring the wider teams’ delivery of strategy and service globally.
Nadine has been with Lendlease for 15 years. Prior to commencing her current Group role in 2021 Nadine was the Head of Insurance for Asia, having previously held a number of other Regional insurance positions across Lendlease. Nadine has knowledge and experience across Asia, Europe, Australia and the Americas by working with the teams to develop and embed risk transfer solutions, managing internal and external stakeholders and managing the teams to deliver in accordance with strategy.
Prior to joining Lendlease Nadine held corporate insurance broking positions with Aon and Willis, where she serviced clients across a variety of industries; Manufacturing, Healthcare, Property Management, Consulting and Construction.
Nadine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, a Diploma of Commerce and Financial Services. Nadine is a Director of the RIMS Australasia chapter, holds a number of Captive underwriting committee positions, is active member of Women in Insurance.
